Parents Handbook: The School Day
School officially starts at 8.45am and finishes at 3.10pm.
Children can be brought into school from 8.30am each day – children, other than those using LEA transport, are not insured on the school premises before this time.
All children should go out to the playground when they arrive at school and wait to be collected. We ask that parents try to stay away from classrooms in the mornings, as our staff need this time to prepare for the day. Early Years children may be taken to the cloakroom in the mornings for their first term whilst they get used to the school.
